We don't charge membership fees. Which plan is for us?
If you're an NGO, office club, resort team or recreation group that doesn't charge membership fees, the Club Management plan is built for you. You get everything except invoicing and finance.
What happens when we exceed our player limit?
We'll notify you inside the app and via email. Your account continues working, and you can upgrade to the next tier without any disruption to your data.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 1 month free trial for all plans so you can try the app before committing.
Do players, parents, coaches or staff cost extra?
No. All plans include unlimited staff, coaches and players so you never have to worry about per-user billing. Players, parents, coaches and staff are all free to use the app.
Can you help us onboard our existing players?
Yes. For larger clubs and enterprise customers, we can help import existing player data and structure your academy correctly from day one.
Is our data secure?
Absolutely. Academy Pro is hosted on secure infrastructure with access control, encryption in transit, and regular backups.
